Privacy policy

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver your purchase and stay in touch occasionally, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it anytime. Pencil Ledger is operated by Full Coverage LLC, Indianapolis, Indiana.

What we collect

• Order information — your name and email address, collected at checkout so we can deliver your download link and support your purchase. We do not collect a shipping address because nothing is shipped.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Email address — if you join our mailing list. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.

How we use it

• Delivering your download link by email after purchase.
• Sending your payment receipt and order confirmation.
• Occasional newsletters or product updates, if you opted in.
• Answering your support emails.

What we don't do

• Sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
• Send marketing email you didn't sign up for.
• Track you around the internet with advertising pixels.

Your choices

Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted? Email hello@penciledger.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Service providers

We use a small set of services to run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email delivery), and our hosting provider. Each is bound by its own privacy obligations.
